The City Council also voted on amending the Municipal Code to incorporate numerous changes related to commercial cannabis businesses, including allowing applicants to relocate their proposed Business Premises location through the refiling process. It also allows applicants to refile an application with a proposed Business Premises in a different Community Plan Area than their original application, as long as that Community Plan Area has not reached Undue Concentration.
