Thank you all for coming out on Nov. 12 to celebrate the ribbon cutting of the FIRST dog park in South Central!
Ross Snyder Dog Park (1501 E. 41st St.) is not only a place where our furry friends get to run free, stretch their legs and socialize, it represents something greater to the people of District 9. This new sanctuary is now a place where neighbors will gather to build community and strengthen the ties that hold CD 9 together.
As part of the festivities, our partners – including LA Animal Services and Downtown Dog Rescue – provided free microchips, vouchers for spay and neutering services and scheduled appointments for vaccinations.
