WORKPLACE EQUITY

Los Angeles City Council adopted a Workplace Equity Policy. The goal of the policy is to preserve the dignity and professionalism of the workplace and to encourage equity within the diverse City workforce. This Policy consolidates existing City policies and documents outlining expectations of behavior and standards of conduct pertaining to an equitable and civil workplace.
