Rise Apartments Complex

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) development consisting of 56 single units serving formerly homeless veterans and individuals. Opened May 2021.

Florence Mills Apartments

Affordable Housing and Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) development consisting of 54 units of AH and 19 units of PSH serving formerly homeless veterans, individuals and families. Opened June 2021.

Affordable Housing Project consisting of 11 one-bedroom units with 8 single units serving disabled Seniors.  Opened September 2021.

Affordable Housing Project consisting of 127 single units, 54 one-bedroom units, 34 two-bedroom units, and 32 three-bedroom unit apartments serving adults and families. Expected to open summer of 2024.

The development in the Ninth District is the City’s first modular permanent supportive housing project using a high-speed, low-cost development model to effectively combat the homelessness crisis in Los Angeles.
