The application period for the Emergency Renters Assistance Program (ERAP 5) is open NOW until Oct. 2 at 6 p.m.
The program, funded by the United to House LA Measure (ULA), will offer up to six months of rental arrears to eligible low-income residential renters who are at risk of falling into homelessness because they have been unable to pay their rent due to COVID-19 or other financial difficulties.
