The Council recently received an update on the spending of funding to address the humanitarian crises of homelessness in our City.
Councilmember Price has been a strong and consistent supporter of providing Mayor Bass with the tools she needs to bring people off the streets and into housing. As of July 14, there have been two Inside Safe Encampment Operations in CD 9. About 104 individuals have participated in the district. While there is much more to be done, this is an important start.
