Three dogs found their forever homes during a special event called “Adopt Your New Reading Buddy” held on Oct. 28, at Vermont Square Branch Library!
One of them was Spike, who immediately formed a connection with a local resident from District 9 that had recently lost his dog. It was love at first bark when Spike hopped into the gentleman’s lap, and it was at that very moment, Spike found his new home and best friend.
